Access to Library Archival Material
Over the course of his lifetime, Anthony Quinn read and collected over 10,000 books which served as the foundation for his growth and learning. This important collection of books (many with personal notes in the margins and highlighted passages), along with Anthony’s personal papers, letters, photographs, journals, scripts and project memos, is currently being catalogued and will soon become accessible online for research and study. The goal of the Foundation is to identify institutions worldwide, whose mission aligns with that of AQF and to build relationships that maximize the breadth and reach of the collection.

The Anthony Quinn Foundation Scholarship Program aims to perpetuate the legendary actor/artist’s vision for an art-conscious society. Through its scholarship, the Foundation supports high school students’ extracurricular study of Visual Arts & Design, Performing Arts, Media Arts, and Literary Arts. Foundation scholarships may be used for a recognized pre-college, summer or after-school arts education program, but may not be used for either secondary school or college tuition. The application period is now closed. Please click “Learn More” for more details.
